Not completely happy with your Fairybell? Register your return online in a few minutes. Your parcel goes to our UK warehouse, so there are no customs forms to fill in.
How it works

Register your return
Log in to our returns portal, select the items you want to send back and tell us why.
Choose, pack & hand in
Pick Royal Mail, Evri or DPD and get your label straight away. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original box, and hand it in.
Get your refund
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return options & costs
You pay for the label securely in the portal.
Royal Mail Paperless
Show the QR code at any Post Office counter.
Evri
Print the label and drop your parcel off at an Evri ParcelShop or locker.
DPD
Print the label and drop it off at a DPD Pickup point. Ideal for bigger boxes.
Send it yourself
Register first, then send it to the address in the portal. Use a tracked service.
Wrong item or damaged on arrival? Your return label is free.
Choose “I received a different product than I ordered” or “The product is damaged, does not work or is incomplete” in the portal and add a photo. You won’t be charged for the label.

When do I get my money back?
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. Returning your complete order? Then we also refund the standard shipping costs. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 working days for the money to show in your account.
What are the conditions?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Please return the product complete and well packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Can I track my return?
Yes. After registering you receive an email with your label and the carrier’s tracking link.
My Fairybell stopped working after a while. What now?
That’s covered by our warranty: Standard 2 years, Premium 3 years, Pro 4 years. We replace faulty parts free of charge, so there’s no need to return the whole tree. Contact us via the chat or info@fairybell.com.
