14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Register your return in our UK returns portal: fairybell-uk.montareturns.com. Enter your order number and the email address you used for your order.
- Choose how you want to send your parcel: Royal Mail (paperless, no printer needed), Evri or DPD. You can also arrange your own shipment to our UK returns address.
- Pack the product securely and hand it in. Your return goes to our UK warehouse, so there are no customs forms to fill in.

Cost
A return label via the returns portal costs £9.95. If you received a different product than you ordered, or your product arrived damaged, does not work or is incomplete, the return label is free: choose that reason in the portal and add a photo. If you arrange your own shipment, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
Refund
Within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. If you return the complete order, the standard shipping costs are refunded too. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Conditions
Please return the product complete and well packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Faulty product?
Fairybell comes with a warranty: Standard 2 years, Premium 3 years, Pro 4 years. We replace faulty parts free of charge, with no shipping costs. Contact us at info@fairybell.com.
