Execution of agreements
When you make a purchase through the Arli Group BV website, we need certain information to fulfill this agreement. We also use this information to process payments, initiate returns, and provide a proper warranty. We retain your personal data included in our (financial) records for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the financial year due to our tax retention obligations.
Reviews
We appreciate your participation in our customer satisfaction surveys. After your purchase, you'll receive an email from our partner, who collects reviews for us, asking you to rate your purchase experience. We also ask you to rate the product you purchased.
We post reviews on our website because you left them with one of our review partners and gave them permission to publish them on our website. We retain this data until it is no longer relevant or you have indicated to them that you wish to anonymize it.
Contact
If you contact us with a question, return, or complaint, we also use your personal data. We are permitted to process this data because you have requested us to do so. We retain this data for up to 5 years after your last purchase or contact with us. If it concerns personal data included in our financial records, we retain this personal data for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the financial year, if this is longer than the aforementioned periods, due to our tax retention obligations.
Newsletter
We'll send you an email newsletter a maximum of six times a month, as we've received your consent. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe yourself. Every newsletter we send contains a link to unsubscribe directly.
Job applications
We need your personal data to process job applications in preparation for the possible conclusion of an employment contract. We retain this data for four weeks after the position has been filled, unless you give us permission to retain your data after the position has been filled. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time by sending us an email. We will then immediately delete your data.
Administration
We are legally required to store your personal data included in our financial records. We retain this data for seven years, in accordance with tax retention requirements.
Cookies
We place cookies for analytical and advertising purposes because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Retention periods for these cookies can be found in our cookie policy. You can always change your cookie settings yourself via your browser. In addition, the Arli Group BV website may use ReCAPTCHA in its online forms.
